The Detroit Lubricators is one of those names I mainly remember from the [[Motor City Online]] era.

For me it lives in the same nostalgia bucket as old online crews, server reputations, and community identity from early multiplayer car culture.

If I keep revisiting this note, I should add specific memories (people, races, or screenshots) instead of just the name.
